Street Scene in San Diego was a lot of fun.

More pix at some point, but here are some shoes. (Does It Offend You, Yeah? and Diplo, both of whom induced some of the most energetic dancing of the whole festival.)

I’m only five foot six and a half, and some of these stages were pretty high (one was six feet off the ground, at least) so I spent a lot of time checking out shoes to give my neck and shoulders a break.

    What? I had no idea! Nope, didn’t see him. I was shooting for NME.com, we could’ve had a self-congratulatory reunion and chatted obnoxiously about our glamorous rocknroll lives.

    They were playing last night with a band that were staying at my house; I should’ve gone to the show.
